Returns Policy

Shopping Information

We will accept returns if:
  • They are sent back within a 2 week time frame from when you receive them
  • They are unworn and all tags are left on
  • They are returned in their original packaging
We cannot accept returns if:
  • They are damaged [for items received faulty, please see our faulty items policy]
  • They include personal engravings or are customised (unless received faulty)
  • They are earrings & pierced jewellery (in the interest of hygiene & for protection of all customers to avoid possible spread of infections)
What can you return? 

All items (if they are applicable to the above criteria), except earrings

What to include in the return:
  • Original packaging
  • Original Tags
What you should know:
  • Returns are free if you spent over €100 
  • You will be contacted re pick up times 
  • All returned items will be confirmed within week via email, we try our best to get refunds done as soon as possible, but please note that refunds can take up to 2 weeks.
Faulty items policy:
If an item is faulty please follow these steps: 
  • Send a clear image of faulty item within 24hrs of receiving it, to hello@vivijewellery.com with the email titled “Defective Item Received – [Insert Order ID]
  • Upon receiving your email, we will assess your situation on a case by case basis.
  • Once the fault is approved, customers must confirm whether they want a refund or whether they would like to exchange it, we will consider refunds for items which fall at least 60 days since your parcel was shipped
  • We will cover the cost of your returns postage, proof of postage would need to be sent via email  at hello@vivijewellery.com with the email titled “Faulty Return item approved – [Insert Order ID]” 
Exchanges
  • We accept exchanges only if you want to change the size of something
  • We do not accept exchanges of one product to another, if you want to change a product, you will have to return the one you do not want (via our returns policy) and purchase the new item that you desire again.
  • Valid exchanges could also happen at our headquarters
Receiving your Refund
  • We aim to process all returned orders within the maximum of 14 working days. However some cases may be extended to 30 working days.
  • All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. 
  • Please note that return shipping costs are free only for those who spent €100 and over.
  • Shipping costs are otherwise not refundable.
